Get Merlin´s help for a life challenge!



Everybody knows about Merlin. But not so many people know how Merlin can help them with challenges in their life. We will go deeper into this here.

Merlin is a wizard and has got powers that we don´t access in our daily life. We can change that! Come with me on an inner journey into Merlin´s cave:

Imagine yourself deep in a forest. The trees are lush and green. Birds are singing. And you can feel a gentle breeze on your skin. 
You look forward and there you see an entrance into a cave. Because you know you are safe here, you walk into it.
First, you see nothing, but then your eyes adjust to the darkness around you. And you see that there is a source of light. There is a crystal ball in the middle of the cave that emanates a soft light and next to it - you see Merlin. 
He smiles at you and gives you a warm welcome into his cave. And he tells you that you have the chance of asking him about a special challenge in your life. So you do.
Then he takes the crystal ball and puts them into your hands. You hold it close to you and then you look into it. What do you see?
And then you feel energy moving from the crystal ball through your hands and your arms into your whole body. So even if you didn´t see a lot you get the energy that is going to help you to find the solution.
Merlin takes the crystal ball back from you and puts it back in its place. You thank him, say goodbye and come back out of the cave.

Enhance your whole life with the magic of flowers



Do you love flowers? Most people do. They are beautiful. And to add to that, they also have healing qualities. Do you know all of them yet?

Many healing qualities

Flowers have got many healing qualities. One of the simplest is just looking at them and let them nourish your soul with their beauty. 

Another everyday use is herbal teas or other forms of the medicinal use of plants. Homeopathy is another common way of using the healing quality of flowers.

One that is not so often used: Energy Healing

One form of using their healing qualities is not so common: Energy Healing. But actually, it´s one of the easiest ways you can work with them.

Energy healing has many different forms.

There are a lot of methods of Energy Healing out there. I won´t go deeper into these, you can easily find them everywhere on the internet, in books and all kinds of courses and workshops.

3 forms you can use

What I want to do here is to present you 3 different forms of Energy Healing you can use for your daily life. Simple and easy for everyone. You don´t need to attend a workshop or read a book. Everybody can do this. 

You can choose any kind of flower to try this. There is no wrong flower for these methods because all they do is to harmonize and balance your energy. And if you are already balanced in one area, the flower you chose to support you will just stabilize this balance. So you can choose any flower you want. 

Here are the 3 methods:



  • Breathing:
Simply imagine breathing in the healing quality of the flower you chose. Breathe in the whole flower, every aspect of it. When you are breathing out, you can simply let the breath flow without any intention.

Do this for at least 9 times. Breathe in the beauty, the color, the essence of the flower. There are no special rules. Breathe in everything that attracts you to this particular flower.

Or, and that´s quite interesting too, choose the one you don´t like and breathe in everything that annoys you. This can be a very healing and balancing experiment also.



  • Visualizing:
This one is also super easy to do. Close your eyes and visualize yourself covered all over with the flower you chose. And then imagine them sinking into your body and merging with you. With every organ and every cell in your body.

If you don´t feel comfortable when you imagine being totally covered up, just leave some spaces out. There is no problem doing this. Just let them sink in and absorb all of their healing qualities into your body.

When you feel you´ve absorbed them, you are finished.




  • Meditation:
This is more of an advanced method because you will meet the guardian of the plant.

You go on an inner journey, and you imagine yourself standing in a field of the flower you chose. As far as you can look, there are flowers all around you. There is a soft breeze, and the sun is shining gently and warming your skin.

You see someone approaching you, it´s the guardian of the flower. It could be someone in a human form or an animal or any kind of energetic being. What you see is perfect for you, here and now.

Say hello to the guardian. Has it any advice for you? Or is it merely sending you loving and healing energy? Everything that happens is the right thing.

When you are finished, say goodbye. And come back into the here and now.


You can use these simple and easy methods any time anywhere you want. Play with it, try different flowers.

And most of all, have fun!

Get your own Patronus - Harry-Potter-Style



If you don´t know yet what a Patronus is - here is an explanation about Harry Potter and the Patronus: What is a Patronus?

Even if you were already familiar with the Patronus - did you ever think about using it for yourself? Not? Then you should change that!

Why a Patronus?

If you are in a situation where you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, using a Patronus is a big help for you. It reminds you of your own power and forces you can use at any moment in your life.

How do you create a Patronus?

In the Harry Potter story, they use a spell to invoke the Patronus. For your own life, it´s enough to call on the force you want to have by your side. A force to protect and empower you.

The White Stag that is Harry Potter´s Patronus is perfect for this. It´s a symbol of positive authority, of empowerment, protection, and purity. This is what we are looking for in a troubling situation. Using our power in a benevolent way.

And so you can call on the White Stag to stand by your side when you enter a situation that challenges you. There is no need to be formal about this. Just thinking about it standing right next to you is enough.

Then try to feel the connection to the White Stag. So you can connect to your own power and authority.

This is it. It´s so easy to do. And yet it can have such an enormous impact on your life if you start to use this method.

Do nothing and everything will be done




If you are like most people, you want things done. You´ve got goals, you´ve got a to-do-list, you've got work to do. And - nobody will do it if it´s not you.

So what does it mean if Lao Tzu said in the Tao Te Ching: "Do nothing, and everything will be done."? How could that be?

Well, this is not meant to be understood literally. This is about not forcing anything in your life. It´s a symbol for how nature works, which we are a part of.

Things grow and evolve in their own time. So you can relax and trust that ideas will come, that impulses to act will come too. When it is their time to come.

Have you ever tried to force something into being? A project or a relationship? Did it work out? Most certainly not.

So the lesson here is to trust your instincts, trust your feeling for the right timing. The right project, the right relationship. Stop forcing things and go with the flow of ideas growing and evolving in their own time.

Don´t plant seeds in the middle of winter and don´t water your plants when clouds gather over you.

Inner Journey to take a closer look at a challenge in your life



This is an inner journey you can make to connect to your soul. It´s designed to have a look at a particular challenge you are facing at the moment.

First, decide what challenge you want to choose to have a closer look at it.

Imagine you are walking through a forest, there is a path that is leading up on a hill. The day is bright, you can hear birds singing in the trees and the sound of your feet on the path. You smell the fresh air and the scent of the forest surrounding you.

You reach the top of the hill. There is a clearing with a house. Take a look at it. Big or small? New or old? Is it inviting or not?

You go inside. There is one room in this house that is related to your challenge. You know exactly where to find it. And you go there.

What do you see? What is happening in this room? Are there other people? What are they doing? Take your time to observe the scene.

Now it´s time to take action. Do you want to change anything? Talk to somebody, change something in the room? Do it!

If you need any help, call the Angels. They will be happy to assist you.

When everything is changed and you have talked to anyone you wanted, you can thank your Angels if you called them to help.

This is it. You did it!

How can oracle cards help you to move forward in your life?



A wonderful daily practice or spiritual routine is the drawing of a daily card. Why?

Because it gives you guidance and direction for the day. A theme or a headline. If we are heading in a direction that moves us forward towards our dreams and our "highest good", then we can make sure we take the next important step today.

So how do we do this?

You can use any set of oracle cards you have and love. There is no wrong deck for this routine. If you like it and you feel a connection, it is the right one.

Before you draw the daily card you center yourself (important!) by taking three deep breaths down into your feet. This will ground you in the here and now where you want to ask a question.

The question is: "What can I do today to move forward towards the highest good in my life?" And then you draw a card.

The interpretation is up to you. It´s your card, and you will know best. If you read it intuitively or use a guidebook or whatever way you choose - this is your message.

And then - follow the guidance!

Crystals can help you to set healthy boundaries



People like you, who are interested in spirituality, are often very sensitive. They are empathic and want to connect with other people. This is a wonderful thing to be, but...

How about boundaries? 

Sensitive people have often got a problem with setting healthy boundaries. This is bad news. The good news is: Everybody can learn to set boundaries.

How can you set boundaries?

There are 3 different kinds of boundaries: Physical, emotional and mental boundaries. You need to have all of them!

Physical boundaries

Different people are allowed to come close to you physically in a different way. And who is allowed to determine how close they can come? You, and nobody else.

You know who is allowed to hug you and you know from which person you want to have a bigger distance. You decide, and you are allowed to take a step back from people who come too close. If they come too close repeatedly and don´t understand your signs: Tell them.

"Can you please take a step back from me? I feel uncomfortable this way. Thank you." If they ignore this, you shouldn´t have contact with them at all.

Emotional boundaries

This is tricky because, in the end, other people are not responsible for your feelings. So where do you have to set emotional boundaries? If other people throw their emotions on you and it makes you feel uncomfortable. Venting feels good sometimes, but if it doesn´t feel good for you to listen, you don´t have to.

Change the tone to a practical approach: "OK, so here you are with your anger, what are you gonna do to change the situation?" If they don´t stop venting, end the conversation. It´s not your job to be at the receiving end of an emotional throw-up.

Mental boundaries

Here you want to set boundaries when people are very problem oriented. They want to tell you everything that is going wrong and how bad everything is in the world.

Sometimes it´s OK to talk about problems you have no solution yet. But you will feel if it´s just to get your attention.

"What do you want to do about it?" If they don´t come up with solutions and ideas then it´s better to end the conversation. Because it´s not a conversation, it´s the other person getting your energy and your attention. And in the end, nobody is better off.

What about the difficult cases?

You know, there are these family members and colleagues that ignore your boundaries on a regular basis. What can you do?

Crystals can help you in these situations. You can draw two circles on a piece of paper that touch each other in one point (important: only one point!). Then you write your name in one circle and the name of the other person in the other circle.

And then, on the point where the circles touch each other, you put a crystal to help you strengthen your boundaries. There are no rules, take one that appeals to you. Every crystal can help you in a different way, so you can´t go wrong here.

Place the paper somewhere where you can see it daily and then wait what happens!

A simple Space Clearing routine



The environment you live in has got a huge impact on your wellbeing. And it´s not only about design or colors that have got an influence on you. The energy of your home can support (or hinder) your life in unexpected ways!

So what can you do to make your home a supportive force in your life? Space Clearing!

But for a start, you can do this space clearing routine in your home:

Once a month (the best time is the full moon) you take an "energy walk" through your home. Imagine you are energy streaming into your home from outside.

So start at the front door and just let yourself "float" around your home. Where would you go first? Are you going slowly or fast? Are there areas in your home that you neglect as the energy floating through?

This is not complicated and there are no rules to follow. Just follow your feelings and your intuition and see where the energy would go. And most important - where not!

Take a look at the areas that the energy ignored. Have you got an intuitive hunch why? Is there clutter? Paperwork you wanted to do for ages? A vase you were gifted and don´t like?

If it is obvious what the problem is - solve it (if possible). If not, you can make small changes to get the energy flowing again.

Move things around. Put something in this area that you really love. Use a candle, bring in some crystals or essential oil. Be creative!

Then do the "energy walk" again. Is the energy still neglecting this area? Then you have to try something different.

You are finished when the energy moves through all areas of your home!

How to lift up your energy in seconds



Do you know these days when everything just feels "wrong"? "Bad hair" days? You don´t really know what it is, but something is just "off". And most of these days end with you going to bed glad that this day is over.

It doesn´t have to be this way! You are in control of your mood and your energy! But how?

In this case, the only way out is through. You are in some kind of negative spiral and you try to stop it. You try to get out of the spiral to feel good again.

And this is hard work. You are working against the dominant energy in your system. This is exhausting and in the end, your subconscious will eventually win the fight.

The easier way is to follow the mood and let it reach its peak in a conscious way. So you follow your thoughts and speak them out loud:

"Everything is bad. Nobody likes me. We will all gonna die soon. The world is bad..." And on and on. It´s important to speak them out loud so you can actually listen to your own thoughts.

Usually, after hearing your own thoughts about doom and gloom for 30 seconds, you realize that they are totally exaggerated and untrue. And then you can let them go and return to a more constructive and realistic kind of thinking.

If the same things come up again and again, it´s a good idea to add Tapping to this process (See Tapping - your Secret Weapon).

That´s it. Try it, it´s amazing how fast you realize that everything is not so bad at all! And if it is (because sometimes life is hard) you faced the reality and can move on towards a solution for your situation.

Nature has messages for us



Do you love being in nature? Most people do. I guess it´s because we are part of nature. So we feel connected to our own true self.

But have you ever listened to nature´s messages for you? You should!

It´s so easy and at the same time deep and profound. You can try it any time you´ve got nature around you in any shape or form.

Let´s say you´re looking out of the window and you see this small tree at the side of the street. What could be its message to you?

"Wherever your place is, you must have some nurturing soil to live there."

Or "Whenever artificial civilization leaves an open space, nature will show up again."

Or "Growth takes its own time and you can´t force things to grow. You can only take care of and nurture what you want to grow."

You see how easy it is? It feels more like a game to me but whenever I do it I come away with new insight for my own life.

Nature is one of our best teachers. Take your time and listen to its messages for you!

A lot of people are interested in Spirit Guides. They would love to know if they have one, too. How they can connect with their Spirit Guide.

OK, here are your 3 ways to connect with your Spirit Guide:


  1. Writing

    You can simply write to them. Take your journal or a piece of paper and write a letter to them. Then write down their answer - without thinking about it! When you start thinking, you will write down your own answers. Just let it flow, and read it later.

  2. Meditation

    Go on an inner journey to meet them. Imagine a house where you have made an appointment to meet. You are waiting before the house, the door opens - and your Guide comes out. You can ask your Guide anything you want.

  3. Ask for signs

    If writing and meditating is not your thing, ask for signs. Ask your Guide to give you a sign that shows you that they are here. It could be a feeling like somebody is touching you. Or it suddenly gets very hot or very cold on your skin. You will know that this is real and not made up.
And then just talk to them like you would to any other person. Ask questions, tell them about your challenges. 

You will receive answers. If not immediately, then in the next days. Just be open and aware of any solutions to your problems that are presented to you.

Your Spiritual Support Team



Are you going through difficult times? Having a problem that comes up again and again and you don´t seem to move forward towards a solution? Well, I guess you need some help.

Let me introduce to you: The Spiritual Support Team!

Who is part of your Spiritual Support Team? Anyone you ask for help from the spiritual realm!

It could be an Angel, could be an Ascended Master, or a Fairy. It could be an Animal Spirit or one of your Loved Ones in Heaven.

You can ask as many as you want to support you. Usually, I prefer 4 of them to make it easier for me.

It´s like the Angel Prescription from Radleigh Valentine (check him out here). You choose 2 supporters to have your back and ask them to stand behind you, one on the left, one on the right. And then you choose 2 other supporters to show you the way and to help you move forward with this situation. Ask them to be in front of you on the left and on the right.

I recommend asking them every morning to be with you and support you as long as your problem is a REAL PROBLEM. In the evening, thank them for their support and ask them to show you solutions during your dream time.

A simple meditation routine



OK, meditation is great! I think we all can agree on that.

So - why don´t we all do it on a regular basis? I guess it´s like exercise. Everybody knows it´s good and healthy, but... how? when? where? Here I often get lost when I don´t have a plan to follow.

And if it´s other people´s plan, then usually it´s not a good fit for me. For my life, my preferences, my daily routines. So, in the end, I´ve got to come up with my own plan.

This is what I will do here and now.

Why do I want to meditate daily? Because it allows my mind to rest for a little while. It doesn´t have to think about anything, just floating along, relaxing. This is what this is all about for me.

How can I integrate meditation into my daily routines? Because if I don´t have a routine, things tend to get lost in the void of the to-do-list.

When does my mind need a little bit of time to relax? Definitely after work, to calm down. And before I go to sleep in the evening.

What kind of meditation will I do? I love the guided meditations, so I will set up my playlist and choose from there. I already have a bunch I got over the years. Now I only need to put them into one place and - here we go.

How to use the elements to balance your life



Do you want more balance in your life? Feeling balanced, living balanced?

You can, and it is not complicated at all!

If something is in balance, all its elements are in balance. Not too much of one thing (for example work), not too less of another thing (perhaps your family life). Balance means that every element has its place or its time.

To bring balance into your life, you can use the model of the elements air - fire - water - earth. Each element is a symbol of a different kind of quality in your life.

There are many layers in this model, but a simple explanation is this:


  • Air = mental aspects of your life, what you think
  • Fire = spiritual aspects of your life, what gives your life meaning
  • Water = emotional aspects of your life, what you feel
  • Earth = material aspects of your life, what you need for a living
If these elements are in balance, your whole life is in balance. 

How can you achieve this?

There are a lot of different ways to bring these elements into balance and you will find lots of suggestions on the internet. But I want to concentrate on an easy method that will have a large impact if you do it regularly.

Create an altar. And use it. 

The best place is in the heart, the center of your home. If this is not possible, choose any place you feel good about. 

Put something on your altar for each of the elements. Could be a feather for Air, a candle for Fire, a shell for Water and a stone for Earth. There is no right or wrong, choose what you feel connects you to the element. 

And then use it. Light the candle every day. Get fresh water. Get fresh flowers. 

By tending to your altar, you tend to the elements. And by tending to the elements you strengthen each one of them in your life. 

Simple and powerful!

You want more in your life? Try this!



So you want to have something in your life. Or more of something. More love, more fulfillment, more adventure, or whatever it may be.

And you try to get more of this. You have a goal, you have a plan, you do the work. 

But it is just not happening. You can see tiny successes that keep you going and keep you hoping. But you don´t get what you really want. It´s frustrating. 

What can you do?

Most people forget that to get more of something, you must be able to receive it. To receive more love, to receive more abundance, or whatever you want. 

Well, you think, of course, I would be able to receive everything. Is this true? How do you react when you get a compliment? Or a gift? Are you able to receive without hesitation? A lot of people are not. 

So if you have got problems receiving a little compliment, how about big love and abundance? You see the problem here?

To be able to receive you´ve got to open up. There are different ways to do this. Here are some:

  • Journaling

    Use this journaling prompt: "I am open for (fill in the blank)". And then write down everything that comes to your mind. You will be surprised what obstacles are in your mind about receiving what you would love to have.

  • Mirror-Work

    (see Mirror mirror on the wall - why should I talk to you?)
    Stand in front of the mirror and tell yourself that you are open for (fill in the blank). What is your reaction? Try to tell yourself that it is OK to receive. And watch what happens.

  • Creativity

    Use your creativity to connect to this energy of opening up. You can draw, you can write a song, whatever inspires you is the right thing for you.
Give it a try! You´ve got nothing to lose, you can only win by opening yourself up to receive the blessings that are waiting for you in your life!

Tapping - your Secret Weapon

Tapping can change the patterns in our systems. It is easy to do and extremely effective. But there is always this question: Where do I start?

The answer to this question is: Here and Now. Ask yourself: What is my biggest problem at the moment? Choose the one that comes to your mind first.

Then start tapping on this problem you´ve got at the moment. Start with "Even though I´ve got this problem with... I deeply love and accept myself."

After this, you start tapping through the points and while you do this, you talk about your problem. Talk about what happened, how you feel about it, what you think about it. Like you would tell someone else about your problem.

At some point, you will start to think about solutions to your problem. Talk about them and keep tapping. Just keep tapping until you are finished with everything that comes to your mind.

Can you feel the difference after tapping on your problem? Do this every day and your life will change for the better!

3 easy ways to use the cycles of the moon for your life



Why are the moon cycles important for us?

The moon has always been fascinating for humans throughout history. The connection of its changing nature with the cycles of nature was obvious. And so people took the phases of the moon into account for harvesting or working with wood.

What is the connection of the moon to human beings?

As we know the moon has got a huge impact on the water on our planet. And well, we are made 2/3 out of water. So is it likely there is some effect on us by the phases of the moon? You bet there is.

The energy of the moon phases

There are two main energies in the moon cycles. The waxing moon is the time to create "more of". The waning moon is the time to "let go of".

How can you work with the energy of the moon phases?

This is really simple to do. There are two turning points of the cycle and two questions to ask.

  • The Full Moon: What do I want to let go in my life?
  • The New Moon: What do I want more of in my life?
Working with your answers to these questions

There are 3 easy ways to work with your answers to these questions throughout the next phase of the moon.
  • Drawing a daily card
    You can draw an oracle card daily about the thing you want to let go or that you want to have more of in your life.
    Use these follow-up questions:
    How can I let go? What is standing in my way to let go?
    How can I get more of / be more...? What is standing in my way to get more of / be more...?
  • Journaling
    You can use the following journaling prompts:
    The last time I wanted to let go of this...
    Others look at me letting go of this and...
    I deserve letting go of this...
    Having more / being more of ... means to me...
    Others will react to me having more of / being more of...
    This is my future when I will have more of / be more of...
  • Create an affirmation
    "I love letting go of... and I´m fine when I´m not."
    "I love having more of / being more... and I´m fine when I´m not."
    (On affirmations see Affirmations don´t work for me - why?)
    You can use it 10 times in the morning and 10 times in the evening in front of your mirror (see Mirror mirror on the wall - why should I talk to you?). You can also write it down 10 times every day.
As always, these are only suggestions. Let your creative juices flow and work with the phases of the moon and your answers to the questions in any way you feel good about.

Connect to your Loved Ones in Heaven



What is death?

When someone dies, it´s only the body that really dies. A soul can never die. And when the body ends its life, the soul is no longer connected to it.

Where are those who died?

When the body has died and the soul lost the connection, they still exist in a different dimension. We call it Heaven.

Why would you want to connect to dead people?

Why would you want to connect to a living person? It´s the same reason. Most often the reason is your love for them.

How can you connect to a dead person?

The easiest way is to have a written conversation. You write what you want to tell them or what you want to ask them.

And then you write down their answer to you. Just let it flow, don´t even think about it before you write. You will feel that this is real and not at all made up in your own mind.

How often?

Connect to your loved ones as often as you wish. They love hearing from you!

The Power of Prayer



What is prayer exactly? Prayer is a combination of an intention with powerful help from above.

It´s like creating a powerful force field of good intention in your life.

So what is the best practice for prayers? Regular and consistent is key here. Pray 5 times a day. Choose the times that suit you and your daily life the best.

If it is possible where you are, light a candle. This helps to spark the power of your intention even more. Then pray:

"Dear God, Dear Angels, Dear Helpers of the Holy Light,
come and protect me from everything harmful in this world.
Help me and those I love to thrive in this life that is your gift to us.
Please show us the way to truth and to love.
Thank you!"

And now, expect miracles to happen!

Living with the Angels




The Angels are always by our side. They are by definition our heavenly helpers, created to spread love and wisdom. 

How can we use their help in our daily lives? What Angels don´t do is our homework. That´s not their job.

Forgiveness is a powerful tool we can use



Everybody seems to talk about forgiveness, but what does it actually mean? Forgiving is essentially letting go. If you have no more harsh judgments or strong emotions about someone, you have forgiven.

How can we forgive? What is the process of forgiving?

Forgiving means most of all understanding. There is no forgiveness without clarity. Clarity about what happened. Clarity about the actions that took place. Clarity about your feelings. Clarity about the damage that was done.

Go into CSI (Crime Scene Investigation) mode. What are the details of the situation? This helps you to get from someone who is involved to an observer. And the more you become an observer, the more you can distance yourself from what happened.

The moment you can distance yourself from the situation is the moment you come out of it. You step out of the actual situation. And so you become able to move on with your life. You´re not stuck in it anymore.

Things happened. The facts don´t change. But you can leave them behind. That´s what you want.

You will have to do this again and again. There will be something that reminds you of what happened. Then go into observer mode. Distance yourself. And move on.

Do you sometimes have the feeling your dreams want to tell you something? You´re right. Find out here what their message is.

What is a dream?

Usually, there is a lot going on in your dreams. That´s why people were always interested in finding out what they might mean. They sensed that there is something to it. Something they couldn´t grab. But they felt that there must be more to them.

Dreams are, from my perspective, another reality. They show us experiences in our consciousness, our subconsciousness. Even experiences from other realms or other lives.

How can you know what your dreams want to tell you?

In our dreams, like in our daily lives, we learn, we grow and evolve. So if you have pleasant dreams, you are on a good path in your life. Whereas if you have unpleasant dreams, you are off the path.

Living with a Spirit Animal Zoo



It is most likely you have heard about Spirit Animals before. But do you understand what a Spirit Animal is? Any idea yet? 

In my experience, they are representing a „force“ that the animals here on earth embody. What kind of force? Well, take elephants. They are strong, they are sensitive, they have thick skin, they love to play and are very connected to their family. These are only some of their traits. These traits are represented through the Spirit Animal if it is an elephant. 

You only have to take a close look at the habits and the strengths of an animal. Then you can discover what kind of energy they represent. 

Has everybody got a Spirit Animal? 

Of course, these are forces that are accessible to every human being. We are part of nature, and so every force that exists is connected to us. But not everybody is drawn to every Spirit Animal. Most people are attracted only to a few. 

How many Spirit Animals are here for you?

Every Spirit Animal is available for everyone. Most people are drawn to different Animals at different times in their lives. Sometimes people have got strong character traits. And they don´t change very much during their whole life. These people are drawn to a specific animal that represents this character trait. There are no limits. 


How do we know which one is ours? 

There are 3 basic methods to find out: 

1. Meditation 

Visualize yourself in nature and wait for an animal to approach you. The one that makes direct contact with you is your Spirit Animal at this moment. 

2. Choose one that attracts you

You can always choose the one you are attracted to. You are attracted for a reason. 

3. Pick one with special character traits

If you want to develop a special character trait, you can connect to one that´s got this trait. Pick the elephant for thick skin. Pick the eagle to get a view of the bigger picture. Pick the beaver to build something big. 


How do you make contact? 

You must establish a connection to your Spirit Animal so you can access the force it represents. You can do this in any way you like. Let your inspiration guide you, there are no limits and no musts. 
Using creativity is helpful to open yourself to the force of the Spirit Animal. Deepening your connection in any way is working with this force of nature. You can also ask yourself: What would the Spirit Animal do? 

There are 3 easy ways to connect with a Spirit Animal. 

1. Getting information about the animal 

Use the Internet or any source of information to find out how this animal behaves. Then ask yourself: How can I use these traits in my life? 

2. Surround yourself with the animal 

Use pictures or little statues, whatever you find beautiful. 

3. Visualizing 

Imagine yourself being with the animal and talking to it. What would it say to you? 

How do you know when your time together has come to an end? 

This one is easy. If you begin to feel neutral towards the animal. When there is no more attraction, it´s time to move on to another one. 



Have fun with this! And connect with your Spirit Animal often. You will want to strengthen your relationship. So you can benefit from this wonderful force of nature.

3 simple and easy ways to balance your energy every day



Everybody can do energy balancing

That´s a fact. It´s like singing. If you are not disabled in any form you can sing. Some people are natural talents. some could but don´t do it. And everybody who wants to invest some time can get better. So if you can do something that benefits you – why wouldn´t you?

Then - what´s the problem?

My biggest challenge with energy balancing was always finding time for it. Of course, I knew it would benefit me, and I knew that I could do it. 

What was the problem? I had to find a way to integrate it into my daily life like brushing my teeth and eating breakfast. And to do that, it had to be simple and not taking too much time. Otherwise, I would have been tempted to skip it. 

So, in the end, I came up with these 3 simple and easy methods to balance my energy daily: 


1. Breathing

Breath is a symbol of two fundamental forces in our life – allowing and letting go. If these two are in harmony, our whole life is more balanced. 

Taking 9 deep breaths is a wonderful exercise to keep my energy in a balanced state. Starting with letting go – then allowing the new energy to come in. Repeat as often as possible.



2. Light/colors 

I believe that we are at the core frequencies we see as a solid thing because our eyes are set up this way. What would we see if we looked at our body through an electronic microscope? There´s a lot of movement going on. 

And what else is a frequency we can see in a specific way? Colors. Different colors have got different frequencies. So for me, it makes sense to match these two and use colors to balance our own energy. 

If you are feeling unwell, give this feeling a color. Is it black, grey, or a muddy orange? Every color you assign to this feeling is the right one for you. Now choose a color that feels the opposite to you. 

For example, your feeling-unwell-color is a muddy orange. The opposite color could be a clear blue. Choose whatever feels right for you. You can´t do this wrong. It´s all about your feeling. 

Now imagine breathing the unwell-color out and then breathing the opposite color in. In our example breathing the muddy orange out and breathing the clear blue in. 9 times out, 9 times in. In my experience, this has an amazing balancing effect on me.



3. Hands-on 

Another easy to do method is using your hands to balance your energy. What is your natural reflex when you´ve got pain somewhere in your body? You put your hand on it because it feels better when you do that. 

Don´t want until you´ve got pain in your body. Put your hand on any area of your body that needs some balancing energy. close your eyes (it´s important to concentrate on what you do) and let your hand do the work. Leave it there until you feel some kind of shift in your feeling, in the energy of the area. 

That´s it. Don´t underestimate this because it is so simple and easy! It can have a profound effect on your wellbeing if you do this on a regular basis. 

These are my 3 simple and easy daily energy balancing routines. Give them a try and see if you can feel a difference after some days.

Affirmations don´t work for me - why?


What affirmations are not

Can you make yourself healthy by telling yourself that you´re healthy? This is a BIG question and not easy to answer.

We are talking about affirmations. Let´s make clear what affirmations are not: If you repeat a sentence over and over, that´s not an affirmation. It´s repeating words. Totally different.

Affirmations give your thoughts a new direction

Let´s take a look at the deeper meaning of an affirmation to get clear about this. What an affirmation should do for you is giving your mind and your thoughts a new direction.

This is easy to understand. Every day we think hundreds and thousands of thoughts, we are thinking all the time. And most of the time, our thoughts go in a similar direction. If our thoughts go into the same direction all the time, this is what we call a belief.

There are helpful beliefs that we have about our lives, for example, the belief that the sun will rise the next day. The belief that we can sit on something that looks like a chair. Definitely helpful in our daily lives.

What we want to talk about here are the beliefs we´ve got about ourselves. Because these are the most defining beliefs for our lives.

How did we form these beliefs?

We formed them by experience in early childhood. We are seeing ourselves in the way that our environment reflects us. I am the funny one, I am the pretty one, I am the helpful one. Or I am the bad one, I am the ugly one, I am the outcast.

The first ones we would call positive beliefs, the second one negative beliefs. But what they have both in common is that they are limiting beliefs.

Let´s take for example the belief that I am the funny one. Sounds great, but what about the days when I don´t feel like being funny? What is the alternative?

Or let´s take the example of I am the pretty one. What if I get ill and lose my hair? What about my identity as the pretty one now?

Using affirmations with an intention

So the trick is to use an affirmation to acknowledge where we are now. Then define the direction we want to choose in our lives. This would be: I love being funny and I´m fine when I´m not. I love being pretty and I´m fine when I´m not.

This is our intention: Acknowledging - moving on. No ignoring and no limitation.

Bringing my crystals into my daily life - simple and easy



I´ve got so many crystals but I just don´t have a plan how to work with them. Let´s come up with some new ideas here...

What can crystals add to my life?

Their frequency influences me whenever they are in my aura or when I use them in my drinking water. Their healing and balancing qualities support my healing and wellbeing.

How can I choose a crystal for me?

The easiest way is just choosing a color that attracts me. What is highly recommended is choosing a color that repels me. If this is the case I know that I need to integrate this frequency into my being.

Other methods are: Using a pendulum, drawing a card or asking a guide or an angel.

How can I work with the crystal for healing and balancing?

The easiest way is simply putting the crystal into my pocket and carrying it around with me. Another way to use their healing frequency is putting them into my drinking water. Although this is not recommended because of unforeseen chemical reactions.

A wonderful way to work with them is placing one under my pillow during night time. This is an optimal time to be influenced by the healing and balancing qualities.

How do I know if our time together has come to an end?

An easy way to know if it is time to choose another crystal is by holding it in my hand every day. If it feels good holding it - continue! If it doesn´t feel good holding it - continue!

When I can´t feel any reaction at all - now it is time to choose another one.

How do I care for them as long as I work with them?

There´s no need to do something special. If I want I can rinse them under running water.

What else can I do with them?

There are a lot of other things I could do but they all would involve a lot of thinking. This is not helpful in my case.

Let´s choose a crystal for me now!

I will take one that I´m attracted to and put it into my pocket. And I will take one that I just can´t stand and I will put under my pillow.

Mirror, mirror on the wall... why should I talk to you?


A tool to have a better relationship with yourself

Mirrow work is one of the most effective tools to develop a deeper connection and a better relationship with yourself.

You talk to yourself all the time anyway, why not do it in a positive and effective way?

What is mirror work?

Mirror work is you standing in front of a mirror, looking yourself deep in the eyes and talking to yourself.

Why would you want to do something like that?

People who are talking to themselves are known as being weird. But actually everybody is talking to themselves all day long. Most of them don´t do it loudly so nobody thinks they are some weirdo.

The difference between your normal self talk and mirror walk is that you are talking to yourself deliberately and not somewhere in the back of your mind. In fact, your conversation with yourself is one of the most important and effective you can have in your life.

Wouldn´t you want to use this possibility if it´s in your best interest to do so?

The deepest form of contact you can have is looking someone deep in the eyes. Remember the movie AVATAR? “I see you.” It is one of our deepest wishes as a human being to be seen.

So give yourself this gift and get in real contact with yourself.

So how do you do mirror work?

It´s you standing in front of your mirror, looking yourself in the eyes and starting to talk. You can choose any topic that is important to you at the moment: A problem you think about, your dreams and plans for the future or you can just ask yourself “how was your day, Darling?”.

What is very helpful is when you can establish a routine in your day for your mirror work. And the topic you should choose for this routine is telling yourself how much you love yourself. No matter what.

Should you choose a special place for your mirror work?

The only things you need are yourself and your mirror. You can do this anywhere you want.

There are only two requirements: You must be able to see your eyes clearly so you can make contact with yourself. And you must be alone and sure nobody will disturb you for the time your are doing this.

When and how often should you do your mirror work?

The more the better is the rule of thumb here. You want to keep the conversation with yourself going. So use every possibility you have. Even 2 or 3 sentences will make a big difference in your day.

What is good to establish is a daily date with yourself. Perhaps in the morning, perhaps in the evening when you are alone, after brushing your teeths.

Give yourself this time. You are worth it.

Who will benefit the most from mirror work?

Mirror work will benefit literally anybody. Because having a deliberate self talk will improve your relationship with yourself.

It´s especially good for people who want to get to know themselves better, if they lost connection with themselves somewhere along the way. And last but not least it´s a great tool to develop more self love in your life.
